Faulty Items
At this time, we only offer refunds or exchanges for items that are deemed faulty.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Every garment is carefully inspected and quality checked before being packaged and sent to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original condition
Please note:
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from approved refunds.
How to Request a Return
To start a return request:
- Contact us via our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Post your item back using a tracked shipping method and keep your tracking number for reference.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
Where applicable, exchanges or store credit may be offered upon request.
